Its very recent restoration, carried out in the respect of the local traditions, favored the use of noble materials, stones, oak floors, lime renders ... - a simple but refined decoration, and luxurious services.
On the ground floor, large living room of 100 m2 including a living room, a fireplace, several bookcases, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It opens onto a large courtyard planted with Mediterranean species - pine, laurel, figtree, lemon tree, lavender, olive trees, ... -, a large patio, a solarium and a pool. The first floor features 4 large bedrooms all with a bath / shower en suite. Fifth large independent room, with its own bathroom and toilet, overlooking the patio and pool. Large solarium terrace upstairs, ideal for night observation of the sky.
Quiet environment and beautiful view despite a situation in the historic heart of the village. Garden completely fenced and safe for children. Swimming pool 8m x 5m equipped with an alarm and an outdoor shower.
Campagnan is located in the valley of the Hérault, equidistant - 40 km in 30 minutes by car - from the two regional capitals Béziers and Montpellier. Particularly peaceful, the village is on a hillside planted with vineyards dominated by woods and garrigues, facing south, and enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside and sunshine. Located a few kilometers from the national road and the A75 motorway, it enjoys a particularly peaceful environment while remaining very accessible.
All shops in Saint-Pargoire, 1 km, and Paulhan, 3 km. Supermarkets in Paulhan, and Clermont l'Hérault or Pézenas, both located about 15 km.
The beaches are about 30 km (Marseillan, Cap d'Agde), or 30 minutes by car.
Far enough from the seaside to avoid the summer crowds, we are close enough to them to take a swim and a glass of rosé wine on the sand, around 19 hours, once the crowds have disappeared ...

• Please note that our fares are "net", meaning that no "service fees" and no "tax" will be charged - please contact us for more information -.
• The security deposit requested on arrival is 500 €.
• Water heated with solar energy, or oil in case of cloudy weather, electric heating in the independent room. Electricity consumption included in the price : 20 kw / h per day. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that the towels for the pool are not included.
• Cleaning fees: 140 € per rental - NB: these fees, invoiced in addition, are for each of our customers the guarantee of finding the house in a state of absolute cleanliness on their arrival, without having to worry about the household during their departure -.
The pool is serviced once a week (cleaning and products) by the owners.
• Payment of 30 percent upon booking, 50 percent 2 months prior to arrival, balance on day of arrival, upon delivery of keys.
• Arrival from 4 pm, departure at 8 am - or 9 am if you free the bedrooms at 8 am - at the latest on the last day.Weeks are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday.
• Down payment: 30% of the rent

Bathrooms
Each room in the house has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, washbasins, separate WC and private access to the solarium terrace equipped with a summer outdoor shower. The independent bedroom has a bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet. The house also has two independent toilets, one on the ground floor, one upstairs.
5 bedrooms for 12 people
The house has, on the first floor, 4 bedrooms, all equipped with large closets. Three of them have a double bed, the fourth is a children's room with two bunk beds, a single bed and a pull-out bed. The independent room overlooking the pool has a double bed. 1 or 2 extra cots available on request.
Notes:
The house has many facilities particularly suitable for comfortable family holidays. Among them: an outdoor gas barbecue, cot and high chair, lots of garden furniture (tables, benches, deckchairs around the pool, umbrellas). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, large fridge with built-in freezer, iron and ironing board, ample storage space. The yard enables to park 4 to 5 vehicles easily.
